How to Receive?
The request is shipped / delivered within the time stipulated by the shipping service chosen at time of order checkout. Exchange and Return Policy
In respect to the consumer code for online sales and telemarketing, our store will exchange the product is not opened and new (except items Makeup, Skin and Hair Care) that is be defective in up to 7 working days counted from the date of delivery.
Refuse delivery of goods if the packaging is damaged or tampered with, because we will provide a new shipment.
To return goods, always use the original packaging, including all products and accessories that will return.

* We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items Makeup, Skin and Hair care to health reasons. Please make your choices carefully before purchasing.
* Cost of taxes / customs fees are non-refundable fee is not due to be charged by our company.

Reimbursement of amounts
